Creating binary occupancy with higher resolution

Hello,

Is it possible to create a binary occupancy map in a resolution lower than 1 ? Or, is it possible to resize any map created by using an image or by a matrix ? For example creating a map such as following;

width =1.5;

height=1.5;

resolution= 0.1;

map = binaryOccupancyMap(width,height,resolution);

This returns to a 10x10m map.
