Does matfile() function work into a parallel session?

Hello, I m trying to partially load a .mat file (matfile('xxx.mat')) in a parallel session, but the system returns an error of losing connection with the workers. In the same serial procedure everything work fine.

Dooes matfile()function work into a parallel session? Do you have any ideas of solving this problem?
