Displaing values at block annotation

Suppose I have variable in wokspace A = 5. How to make value displayed within annotation to be 5 instead of A?

I think, it is not possible to display value directly in annotation (lets see if anyone knows).
But you can mask the block and display the value on the block using Icon drawing commands.
