How to add text in scatterm plot?

Hi,

I am trying to plot geograhical coordinates on the worldmap but I wanted a text on those coordinates e.g. 1,2, ....

Here is the code:

worldmap([lat_min, lat_max],[long_min,long_max]);

scatterm(lat,long);
