Is it possible to track changes to the script in matlab?

I was editing a code a week ago. I want to contine working on it after a week. I do not remember what changes I made and what was my last modifications.

Any way to track changes and access the history of those changes?

It is recommended that you use source control to keep track of changes to your code. Git is a popular option for source control.
