aws license server hangs on R2019b > R2020a license.lic update

Hi Team,

I'm trying to update the license on our MATLAB license server from R2019b to R2020a for the upcoming year, but when I enter the server console, select Administration > Manage License, browse to the new R2020a license and upload, and the console hangs.

The server is still up and will pass licenses, but they're the old license which expires in 3 days.

I'm using an AWS license manager, created using your github AWS stack process. I created this last year; is there some update required?

Apparently the resolution was to reboot the server; when restarting the license service on its own, some dependecies were not responding properly. However a full reboot allowed everything to start in the proper sequence, and the updated license was available.
