MATLAB Property Inspector not functioning properly?

I am using the a very new version of MATLAB, R2020a. I generated some figures with normalized positions. After they were generated, I pressed the stop button on the running script.
The figures were set() to a certain position, and appeared at their set positions. However, when I manually re-position the figures or scale them, using my mouse cursor, the property inspector indicates they still have the same InnerPosition, OuterPosition, and Position properties. Regardless of what I do to each figure, the Property Inspector does not recognize the manual changes implemented.
This is the first time I have encountered this issue using the Property Inspector. Has anyone encountered this issue before, or know what to do about it?

It seems re-starting MATLAB solved this, for now.
