Can i install matlab 2012b on windows 7 32bit?

i have windows 7 ultimate N home edition with 32 bit. i want to install matlab 2012b on it. is it possible? because it seems that matlab 2012b support only 64bit os.

Yes, You should be able to use MATLAB R2012b with Windows 7 32 bit, please see the Windows 32-bit table at the following link
You'll see that support for Windows 7 32-bit includes R2012b.
