how i can eliminate the lines in the rectangular and get the intersection point in the first figure ?
and in second one how i can make the zigzag shape in the blue shape if i have the points of the blue one plz help me?

Read about knnsearch. With this you can pick the nearest point to the given point. Or you can use this file exchange:
