fprintf

ok I know how to code an fprintf if I am printing a value, but I want to make a "title" print for example.

          Mass      Time         Error -How Do i print this line?
fprintf(I know how to print my values here)
fprintf(I know how to print my values here)

How do I fprintf the line that has mass, time and error??? I do not want anything on the output except for mass, time and error for example I do not want to reference a function value I just want to print the words.
