関数の回転の仕方

x^2+y^2=1を45度回転させたいときどうすればいいのですか？
コードの書き方が分かりません。

回転行列を考えれば直ぐです。
これは複素数の回転から直ぐに導けますが、こちらに一応書いておきます。
