How can two people work at the same time at a code

Hi there!
I'm working on a project for school, and in this project we need to make a sharing algorithm. Alas we can't work together in the same MATlab environment, is there a sort of MATlab "drive" that we can use? If so, where can we find it?

Matlab Online does have some of the features you describe, although as I understand each file can only be edited by one person at a time.

This is a typical source control issue. Take a look at GitHub.com. There is free version available. MATLAB supports Git.
