Install using File Installation key

I have a problem with downloading matlab to my computer , since my university allows us using matlab, it should be without problem, but when i create my account and try to download it , some request appeared : "Install using File Installation key". I dont know what does it mean, as all my colleagues have not anything like this to write there, and university does not give us any key

You are not connected to internet / your computer can't communicate with the MathWorks server.
