face detector learning parameters?

detector = vision.CascadeObjectDetector
it is possible to find detector learning parameters such as number of learning examples, accuracy that cascade is trying to achive...??

Doesn't look like you can. The only parameters available are post-learning parameters that control detections like MinSize, MaxSize, ScaleFactor and MergeThreshold.
Out of curiosity, what do you need these parameters for?
