Matlab 2012b - What happened to the Cell Mode tool bar?

Hi All,
I've developed lots of programmes in older version of Matlab and have now 'upgraded' to 2012b and am having some problems.
1) Most importantly I tend to write my programmes in cells and used to use the 'Add/Subtract Value' buttons in the 'Cell Mode Toolbar' which used to be in the editor, this was a very useful way of quickly tuning parameters and then re-evaluating the cell. However I can't find how to do this in 2012b.
2) Is there anyway of editing the new 'toolstrip'? I have a widescreen monitor and whichever tab I select in the toolstrip there is a huge wasted grey space to the right of my desktop, and yet I have to constantly click between the home tab and the editor tab to find what I want.
3) I know I can change things in my 'Quick Access' toolbar but that's got very messy very quickly, is there anyway of adding dividers like you can in the 'Current Folder' toolbar?
Generally this new GUI doesn't seem as good as the old one :-S And it certainly isn't as customizable...
Best Regards, Greg

If you have an SMS subscription, you may be interested in trying the R2013a prerelease for one of your questions :)

1.) Select the numeric value, right click to get context menu. It is the 'Increment and run'
2.) Edit with Shortcuts and quick access bar.
3.) You could make an empty shortcut with an icon that can act as a divider (sorry, best I got for you)

@Gregory, we cannot discuss any future plans; but rather only discuss what is currently available to customers.
