denoise image with better quality

in above link,in noise removal code if i add randn noise instead of salt& pepper noise,then filter image is not accurate ,

so please suggest me to denoise image with better quality

Isn't this just a total duplicate of your prior post? What's different, such that you're asking again?

yes, you are right. but I feel that some small changes are needed in that code,so I repeat with your code.
