Appropriate nonlinear optimization tool in matlab

I have objective funciton

subjected to

. The optimization design variables are

and

. I cannot linearize the function to use LP since

and

are highly couplied inside

. So, I wanted to change their value within some valid range and evaluate V for minimum with the constriant condition.

Can anyone suggest a good way to do this in Matlab ? If possible some related examples.
