importing from csv to matlab

Hi everybody, I am trying to import a big csv data into matlab. The file contains several rows of text and the important data starts afterwords. But what I want is to import selectively specific rows. Let me try to show my file with an example

ABC BKG CBC
CDC KKK FFF DDD

    AAA 1 4 5 1999.05.02
    BBB 1 2 10 1999.05.02
    CCC 1 4 5 1999.05.02
    AAA 1 35 1999.05.02
    BBB 1 2 10 1999.05.02
    CCC 1 4 5 1999.05.02

Now I want to import the rows which begin with only AAA. I have tried load('myfile') but with no success because the rows on top have different number of columns. Could you please help.
