what's the mean of the plot of sigma function

I used the sigma function to plot frequency response of 4 inputs, 9 states and 4 output linear mimo systems, and the figure is,

could anyone tell me what's the mean of each plot and how could I determin this? I used IOGrouping but it did not work! Thanks, sincerely
