How to get array with different time step in single variable

I want to make an arary of time in which 0 to 1 is in interval of 0.01 from 1-10 it is interval of 0.1 and from 1-100 it is interval f 10 and store all this into one variable t.
How do i do that ?

If there are just 3 intervals
t = [0:0.01 0.99 1:0.1:99.9 100:10:1000]
