How to use the slider in GUI?

The figure is not big enough for me put a picture on it,so I want to use the slider so that I can slide the figure?How can I realize it?

Search either here or the newsgroup for "sldZoom" because I know I've talked about hooking up a slider to control the zoom factor of an axes.

When I use the function ' figureslider(gcf)' to add slider to my figure,there's no reponse.The slider did not appear?Why is it so strange?Matlab version 2012b.The units of figure is normalized.

Without seeing the code, it is impossible to guess where the problem is.
What about using the other suggestion or searching for further submissions in the FileExchange?
