My project is "3D scanning technology in object scanning scenario" The process that I follow in programming is mention below 1)I take the video by camera. 2)I break the video into number of frames. 3)I am processing each frames and take contour from each frames. 4)I have the images consisting of contour which are in 2D and I want to stitch all images to form 3D images. Actually I have the problem of 4th point that "to stitch all images to form 3D images." Please reply....

Hi,
Well, I was working with that software for a while, the first thing in this type of algorithm is to detect a same edge or object in all pics and make it as a reference and then you can stitch the pics in a correct order.
But, the main problem is to detect the position of the camera respect to the object, that I do not have any idea about this part
