set(gcf,'position',[0 0 100 100])
You can also set units:
x0=0;
y0=0;
width=8 % inches
height=6 %inches
set(gcf,'units','inches','position',[x0 y0 width height])
Units allowed
[ inches | centimeters | normalized | points | {pixels} | characters ]
