how can i found out the starting and finishing location of a signal whose peaks i have found out ..can anyone please help

when i say starting and finishing location i mean finding out when it starts to rise from zero point as the signa is only in positive half..the signal is an non peiodic signal but it does is a repetitive type so i have to find out the starting and finishing point in every cycle
