DAQ for very long, low-sample rate acquisitions

I plan on using a NI PCI-6032e DAQ card to acquire a voltage signal for a fairly long time (10-24 hours) at a low sampling rate (few tens of Hz). Are there any special considerations I should be aware of for this application? Would the Legacy or Session interface be a better choice for this acquisition? Thanks!
