How can I use ROI in movie?

I've already reading one frame at a time and I know want to select a one region of interest on every frame. It should by selected by imrect but I dont know how to put it, on all frames. I done it on image already but having problem with this.

Do you want to specify the box on the first frame and then have all subsequent frames use that same box location? Or do you want to interactively specify the box on each and every frame?

It has to be already specify box and It supposed to move when object changes location.
