aggregate simulation output (continuous signal values)

How can I aggregate continuous signal values (that are generated during simulink simulation, each time step a new sample) into a vector that will be used as input to a discrete time block?

I have tried to use "to workspace" and "from workspace" block, but they don't deal with the aggregation issue.

Is there is a way to do that?

Perhaps you need something like the Buffer block? If you don't have access to the DSP System Toolbox, you may be able to implement such a buffer yourself using a string of Unit Delay blocks.
