How to convert Header files in C to Matlab?

How will i convert the header files in the C program to Matlab.In the Matlab 2013 is there any code generator .Like C to matlab converter?

There is no C to MATLAB convertor that I am aware of. C has operations that have no MATLAB equivalent.
Does this have to do with generating the interface definition for a DLL for loadlibrary() ? If so then the routine expects C .h files rather than MATLAB ones.
