Need 'ADAPTHISTEQ' implementation help

I have used 'adapthisteq' function in MATLAB. For writing this function they have referred this below paper.

I need to analyze that code by seeing that paper(in terms of equations), but I am unable to find that paper in any site.

The reference you're citing is from a book not a conference/journal paper. You can borrow it from a library.
