link of fuction program output axis in to gui axis

Hi,
I am using GUI which call the fuction program every 1 minuttes using timer.The function program outputs plotted in 2 figure. But i am not able to link the figure axis into GUI figure axis, fucntion program is with in gui link by another push button . Please help me...how to link fucntion program output figures in to MAIN GUI axis.
