How can I separately change particular row values in a GUI table

Hi I want to create a GUI TABLE where I want to assign each row a button. If I press a button, a .M file is executed and I want the values in that particular row to be changed leaving all the other row values unchanged Is that possible ?

If yes, How to . I am a beginner and need help in how to edit the GUI code.
