help!!! How can I import the .s4p or .mdif to matlab?

Hi all,
I got some Scatter Parameter data from Agilent ADS which can only export in .s4p or .mdf format. I would like to import them into MATLAB for post-processing on the data. But I don't know how can MATLAB read these formats. Can anybody help?!
