Link license to specific user on a machine?

I've managed to link another machine to my MATLAB license successfully.

I'm having an issue using MATLAB with a different user on the machine, though. Is it possible to specify which user should have access to the license after already activating it?

This is tricky for me because the user I need to allow MATLAB access to is an automated CI/CD user that runs our build and test scripts each time we update our codebase. Thus it's not entirely easy to run the activation process as that user.

As an Administrator, you have the capability to modify the user associated with a license through the "License Center" in your MathWorks Account.
