readcell different data types

hi so i am importing data from an excel file into a cell but it is importing the numbers with decimal points and the numbers without decimal points as different data types which makes it difficult to use the data. how can i fix this ?

Hi Abbey , please also attach the xlsx file or a sample file with similar data
