Collection of all nearby signals by Phased.collector from all directions

With the help of collector function, we have to give what signal we have to collect and its angle. But can we collect all the available signals near the receiver (direct path signal from transmitter, reflected signals, clutter (in case if we want to model)etc., ) without specifying them? I'm unsure how exactly to do this or if this is even possible since the input requires 2 arguments.
