first of all include powergui block in your model. now go to the specified scope of which the fft analysis is to be done and open the data history there you can name the scope with a name.run the programme ,open powergui block click on fft analysis and then click on display

Include powergui block in your model. Double click the scope whose output you wish to do the fft. Then click on parameters(just next to the printer icon on the scope screen window). Select History. Check 'Save data to workspace'. Write a desired name in Variable name field. Click on Apply then Ok. Simulate your model. Double click the Powergui block. Then click on 'FFT Analysis'. You can choose your signal and then click on Display

I think PowerGUI is ok with Specialized power system blocks.
If you want to use PowerGUI, use that blocks instead the Simscape domain ones.
