Hi I am new to matlab, sorry if this being trivial.
I am working with geodata. I have an Excel file containing x,y,z and some data values representing concentration of different minerals (Au, which is gold, is among them). First of all, I need to render the stuff in 3D, and paint it with graduated color (depending on Au concentration). This is the simplest part.
Then I need to interpolate Au concentrations inside point cloud of given data. I am thinking about some sort of gridding, I suppose.
Please give me some intro...
Any ideas appreciated, thanks in advance!
Sergey

Have a look at the TriScatteredInterp class for interpolation.
