SpreadSheetLinkを使って、エクセルのリボンからStart matlab を選択するとcommand Windowだけ立ち上がり、plot関数などが使えない

エクセル2016からmatlab2019bを立ち上げようとすると、発生しました。 別パソコンのエクセル365では通常時matlabを立ち上げた時と同じ画面になりました。 エクセル2016でも通常と同様にmatlabを立ち上げるにはどうしたらよいでしょうか？
