Why am I only able to access my Polyspace Access web dashboard from the local server?

When I attempt to connect to my Polyspace Access or Metrics Server web dashboard, I am unable to load the page. Despite this, the page loads fine when loaded on the machine hosting the server.

Typically this is caused by a firewall or DNS issue. Use the ping and telnet utilities to verify the remote machine can communicate with the server over the relevant port@host. If the connection cannot be established, there is likely a firewall or hostname resolution issue, for which you will need to contact your network administrator.
