How to solve transfer function in mobile app? It is showing it requires some tool box Please help

My understanding is that MATLAB Online (which the mobile app uses) only permits you to access toolboxes that you are licensed for on your regular license. Your regular license would need to be licensed for Control Systems Toolbox.
