i need to simulate a heterogeneous wireless network (including 5G, LTE, WiFi, WLAN, etc) using MATLAB.

I want to simulate HetNet. the idea is to come up with network selection algorithm algorithm.
how i start please anyone can help me? any references will be useful i need to learn to deeply understand so that i can come up with my work thanks in advance
