Clustering excel datas and classifying.

I have some datas in an excel sheet like this: q.exe r.txt y.txt u.exe i.pdf j.exe k.txt Now I want to plot the datas in such a way that txt files are plotted in blue dots and exe files are in red dots while pdf file in some other colour.Hoe to do so?
