When I run this simple Simulink model, my computer becomes completely unresponsive and I have to reboot... can someone help?

I built this model on my own, but it exactly matches the model from one of my university lectures. It seems to run fine at first, but always eventually crashes my computer afterwards, either when I try to go through the signal data, or when I try to close out of a scope, or when I try to close out of the whole Matlab/Simulink application... I end up having to power down my computer by holding the power button. I had task manager open last time it crashed, and when it froze it showed almost no resource usage at all other than the usual ~20% of memory that it uses just to stay open. I do think that Windows (or Matlab?) auto-selects my NVIDIA GPU sometimes while running Simulink. I've seen it in task manager while running the simulations but not when it crashes afterwards. Using the dedicated GPU for certain apps (like Netflix) has caused issues before. I originally was running this on MATLAB R2020b, but I upgraded to R2021a to see if it would fix the problem. It made no difference. FYI you'll have to run SimParams.m before running the Simulink model. And if you're going to actually run the Simulink model then you should obviously save anything else that you're doing in case it crashes your computer too. And lastly, my Windows version and all my drivers are completely up to date.
