Mouse events starter program for Matlab gui

I need a starter program to respond to mouse events on gui. I also want to fo different actions on different combinations of buttons

I have made a simple figure to detect keyboard and mouse events. It will work as a starter for events proessing on GUI. My code is attached:

How Great and Easy is Matlab.But you are true, as you have mentioned in your link above, I can not distinguish ctrl+ right mouse and ctrl+left mouse buttons. Strange !
