What is the best way to configure users to get a MDCS profile automatically?

Now that I have MDCS running, I would like users to test it to verify this is a product we can use. At first I wsa having to configure each step manually. Then I discovered the import function, but I still have to have each user do that step.

Is there an easy way to push it to everyone? For example, can I just put it in a user accessible directory (possibly in their home directory) and have it auto load and set as default?
