I want to mark the coastline that seperate Asia from the sea

No I don't have bathymetry data. I have AVISO geostrophic velocity field data.

Is there a code to mark the coastline?

Download the bathymetry data from this link: https://www.gebco.net/data_and_products/gridded_bathymetry_data/ to your required domain and resolution.

If X, Y, H is your regions grid coordinates and bahymetry/ depth data, you can get coastline using:

contour(X,Y,H,[0 0])
