how to change spectrogram x-axis to frequency, not normelized frequency?

hello,
i am using matlab spectrogram on my daya. the output image x-axis is normelized frequency but i would like it to be just frequency. how do i do that? thank you
spectrogram(v,25); % v is my data and 25 is the window size i chose.
