How can I make contour with various time?

Can I draw a contour with various time in MATLAB? (An animated contour with various time.) I have a matrix data like below:

time , x1 , y1 , temp1, x2 , y2 , temp2, x3, y3, temp3...

0, 1, 1, 25, 1, 2, 27, 2, 1, 26

1, 1, 1, 26, 1, 2, 27, 2, 1, 27

2, 1, 1, 26, 1, 2, 27, 2, 1, 28

3, 1, 1, 26, 1, 2, 27, 2, 1, 28

4, 1, 1, 26, 1, 2, 27, 2, 1, 29

... ... ...

I would like to watch the contour change with various time.

I think it is an animation because temperature values are changed for all time ranges and x-y plane.

Could you help me?
