Wrong numerical values from compute_curvature() ?

I'm using compute_curvature() from toolbox graph on meshed sphere R=0.5 (#triangles: ~15,000; mean edge length: 0.0238). Theoretical values for (cmin, cmax) are (2.0,2.0). However, I'm getting calculated mean & std of curvatures like (0.0112, 0.0112) & (0.0052, 0.0052). Any idea why? Thx

compute_curvature is not a MathWorks' function. Have you thought about mailing Gabriel Peyre who provided it to the file exchange?
