How can i increase the performance for continuous training?

I had an fitnet programme. It's functioning well with 90% accuracy. But, The accuracy did not increase with continuous training. I checked the every output data of average error, maximum error and median for continuous 15 times training. It's varying always. My understanding is, it should increase. How can i modify that to increase the performance continuously?
